After more than five decades in the real estate development and construction businesses, Lee still runs his lean team at a quick pace. As a lifelong innovator and leader in construction and building technology he and his team won numerous awards and recognition for their cutting edge work. These buildings consist of some of the most technologically advanced manufacturing facilities and prototypes that had never been built to scale before. The list also includes the world’s largest retailer’s first 1 million square-foot building in their history.
Education was a rocky proposition at first. At age 9 he was sent to a summer boarding school because he was a behavioral problem in and was “slow “. Fortunately after he was diagnosed as dyslexic, he had access to an amazing learning program. He graduated from the University of Louisville with high honors and 10 years later from the University of Virginia school of law.
Scott Moser, Principal
Scott Moser is a professional engineer in civil engineering with 30 years of engineering experience. As a Partner and Principal at MES H2, LLC, he excels in identifying power-rich land and implementing innovative ideas and solutions for facility completion. With a proven track record of successfully delivering millions of square feet of completed facilities, Scott’s design-build expertise allows him to quickly evaluate multiple solution approaches—ultimately selecting the most cost-effective, reliable, and optimal outcomes for our customers.
